The exercise cloth with exercise strengthens the inner arch of the foot. This is especially important with a flatter or sagging foot. These can also reduce the crooked position of a big toe (hallux valgus) or even remedy it.
Results within four weeks
During the first 4 weeks, three minutes a day of practice may be enough. After this period we recommend 2 to 3 times a week, to maintain the condition of the foot.
Type of complaint
The exercise can provide effective relief for painful feet, heel spurs, hammer toes, hallux valgus, heel pain, shin pain, tired foot, sagging foot, flat feet and Achilles tendon complaint.
